Low Pressure Regulators

Regulators for non-refillable cylinders are available in a number of different configurations including fixed flow, push button, On Demand Flow and variable flow models.

Each model has a variety of flow rates and are available in either nickel plated brass or stainless steel.

FF-20 Fixed Flow Regulator

The FF-20 Fixed Flow Regulator is used with the 12-litre mini gas cylinder.
Designed with a simple on/off valve the gas flow is regulated through a float tube on the side of the regulator.

Connection:Fits 12DA -12 litre cylinder only
Material:Nickel plated brass
Service Pressure:Up to 35 bar (500 psi)
Flow Rate:Mini flow meter (0.5 litres per minute)

FF-100 Fixed Flow Regulator

The FF-100 Fixed Flow Regulator is available in either nickel plated brass or stainless steel.
Available in a variety of fixed flow rates the FF-100 has an easy on/off dial and gauge to determine cylinder volume.

Connection: Fits C10 valve on all standard 34,58,60,65,103,112 litre cylinders
Material: Nickel plated brass or stainless steel
Service Pressure: Up to 70 bar (1000 psi)
Flow rate: .25, .3, .4, .5, 1, 2, or 3 litre per minute

FF-120 Fixed Flow Regulator

The FF-120 Fixed Flow Regulator is a specialised regulator which is used with the 34DS steel cylinder.
The CGA-600 valve is unique to the standard C10 valves on all other non refillable cylinders.

Connection: Fits 34DS - 34 litre steel cylinder only
Material: Nickel plated brass
Service Pressure: Up to 70 bar (1000 psi)
Flow Rate: 0.5 litres per minute

PBR-100 Push Button Regulator

The PBR-100 Push Button Regulator is the perfect solution for bump or function testing.
The regulator fixed flow only actuates when the button on the top of the regulator is pressed down. This prevents accidental loss of gas as the regulator cannot be left in the on position.
Available in multiple flow rates, the PBR-100 can be used with all C10 valve cylinders.
It can also be used as part of a Gas Distribution System to create multiple bump test points.

FF-100SM Septum Regulator

The FF-100SM is a specialised regulator designed for laboratory applications where a syringe is used to extract the gas sample.
Compatible with all C10 valve cylinders the FF-100SM can be used with most gas mixtures.

Connection: Fits C10 valve on all standard 34,58,60,65,103,112 litre cylinders

Service Pressure: Up to 70 bar (1000 psi)
Flow Rate: 1 litre per minute

DFR-1 & REG-DF-1 On-Demand Flow Regulator

The On-Demand Flow Regulator is designed for use with gas detection instruments and analyzers with internal pumps or docking systems where the station has its own sample draw system.
The ODFR-1001 has a flow range between 0.3 to 3 liters per minute. The instrument or docking station controls the gas flow rate.

VAF 100 Vari Flow Regulator

The VAF-100 Vari-Flow Regulator is designed for technicians who must calibrate multiple instruments with different flow rates.
With 9 different flow rates from 0.5 to 5 liters/min the VAF-100 can be used for most applications where a specific flow rate is required.
